At Gebel & Helling Conservation Ltd we understand the sensitivity and complexity of historic stonework.
We carry out detailed material and condition assessments of the stone and its surrounding building fabric, to establish the causes of deterioration and to develop the appropriate approach to its conservation.
Using only high quality, established products, our skillset of practical conservation works includes stone consolidation, mortar repairs, indentations, structural pinning of stone elements, mould making and re-casting of existing features, injection and sealing of fractures.
With our team of skilled stone cutters and masons we can replicate and reconstruct any architectural stone detail, from staircases to pediments, according to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
